Arrangement to Pay
An Arrangement to Pay is a mutually acceptable rates payment plan which allows you to make weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments that suit your budget and ensure that your rates are paid by the end of the financial year.

Hardship Rates Relief Waiver
To assist our Ratepayers (owner occupiers of a residential property) during this difficult time, Council has introduced the Hardship Rates Relief Waiver.
The Hardship Rates Relief Waiver is a once off waiver of $200 that is available only to eligible Ratepayers (i.e owner occupiers of a residential property) who are suffering financial hardship due to Covid-19. Upon successful application the Hardship Rates Relief Waiver will be applied to your upcoming Rates Instalment for the 2021-2022 financial year.
