Frankston South Community and Recreation Centre


  • Agestrong Assistant

Position Description(PDF, 691KB)

Agestrong classes are gentle rehab-focused stretch and movement classes for seniors, focused on improving participant balance and strength.

The Agestrong Assistant’s role is to support the fitness instructors to facilitate our Agestrong exercise classes, and to support the participants of the classes.

Hot Arts for Cool Kids

Frankston TAC L2P Program

The L2P program sees volunteer driver mentors (acting in the role of supervising drivers) matched with young learner drivers to assist them in gaining on the road driving experience in an auto or manual vehicle that is provided through the program.

Frankston Visitor Information Centre

The Frankston Visitor Information Centre promotes Frankston City and the Mornington Peninsula as an event and tourism destination. Volunteers provide customer service and advice to visitors and local residents on local attractions, tourism products, events and assist with merchandise sales.

Meals on Wheels

The Meals on Wheels program is an essential service that provides nourishing meals to local eligible residents. There are volunteer opportunities available Monday to Friday which include assisting in the preparation of the meals or delivering the meals directly to the homes of the local community.
