School Holiday Programs

The Youth Central page has details on school holiday activities for each Hangout.  

School Term Activities

Monday: Cooking Crew for Grade 5 and 6 from 3.15-5pm
Get together with friends to create or eat a tasty meals. Learn basic cooking skills, do some craft, exercise or just chill and chat

Tueday: Drop In from 3.15-5pm. Ages 12-24yrs
You can just drop in or hangout:

  • Eat some food. A toastie, soup or even Pizza
  • Get creative with art and craft on a TUESDAY afternoon
  • Have fun playing board games all the time!
  • Talk to a youth worker either day
  • Meet with friends and make new ones!

Wednesday: Closed

ThursdayDrop In 3.15pm-4.45pm. Ages 12-24yrs
You can just drop in or hangout:

  • Eat some food - A toastie, soup or even a BBQ
  • Play  Xbox One, Playstation 3, Nintendo Switch - on THURSDAYS Look out for the WHAT BUS
  • Have fun playing board games all the time!
  • Talk to a youth worker
  • Meet with friends and make new ones!

The What Bus - Youth Outreach Bus

Lookout for our new mobile outreach bus! A youth centre on wheels decked out with gaming consoles, free Wi-Fi, giant games, giveaways and friendly, approachable youth workers.

What we offer

We help young people aged 12-24 years and their families within Frankston City municipality with support, information and referrals.

  • Homework support
  • Referral and information about services
  • Life skills programs and AOD
  • Help with resumes and job applications
  • Structured activities and groups
  • Accommodation support
  • Supportive youth workers
  • Peer support groups
  • Volunteering and employment opportunities
  • FREE access to Wi-Fi, PCs and printing
  • L2P is a program for young Learners to gain the necessary 120 hours required to gain their P’s.
