2019 - 2020 Tourism Event Attraction Program
Now in its fourth year, Council’s 2019-2020 Tourism Event Attraction Program has been announced and promises to give residents and visitors even more reasons to relax, celebrate and enjoy time together in Frankston City.
Council’s Tourism Event Attraction Program supports the attraction of new or the relocation of existing events to the municipality to support Frankston City’s reputation as a place to enjoy major events which engage residents and attract visitors from across the state.
Along with the City’s existing calendar of major and community events, vast range of outdoor experiences, exciting street art and outdoor sculptures and memorable dining venues, Frankston City is positioning itself as a must-see destination for tourism and events on the Mornington Peninsula and within Victoria.
The City is proud to welcome back the popular Seaside Street Food Festival and Stellar Short Film Festival as part of the Program. In 2019-2020, new-comer Cinema Pop Up will also be joining the line-up in December at George Pentland Botanic Gardens.
