"SPIRIT DREAMING" Lighting Lantern Festival

Nairm Marr Djambana, The Aboriginal Gathering Place in Frankston, will be hosting the "SPIRIT DREAMING" lantern festival on 30 April 2022 from 4.00PM to 9.00PM.

The "SPIRIT DREAMING" is a whole of community event, is about coming together with the broader community to celebrate, Aboriginal culture, creativity, art and community spirit.

The Festival will kick off with a welcome to country and then the unveiling of the lanterns and light display across the gardens. There is also a wonderful line-up of performers, entertainment and a variety of food trucks. 

Nairm Marr Djambana is a welcoming safe place to strengthen the health and well-being of the growing Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander community and drive strong social, economic and cultural outcomes for the community.
