The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C131 to the Frankston Planning Scheme. The Amendment comes into operation on the date published in the Government Gazette (14 May 2020).
The Amendment proposes to delete or partially delete the Development Plan Overlay (DPO) Schedules as follows:
Delete part of the DPO1 over areas of General Residential Zoned (GRZ) and Industrial Zoned (IN1Z) land in Carrum Downs, Skye, Langwarrin and Frankston South.
Delete DPO2 from the following Commercial Zoned (C1Z) land:
1095 Frankston Dandenong Road, Carrum Downs (The Village Shopping Centre).
317, 319, 325 and 335 Ballarto Road, Carrum Downs (Carrum Downs Plaza).
385 Cranbourne Frankston Road, Langwarrin (Langwarrin Plaza).
Delete DPO3 from the following C2Z land:
- 20 and 40-46 McMahons Road, Frankston (Power Centre).
Delete DPO4 from the following C2Z land:
- 10 McMahons Road, Frankston (Bunnings Frankston).
Delete part of the DPO5 (Pindara Estate). This DPO affects GRZ land in Langwarrin.
Delete DPO6 (Acacia Heath Estate). This DPO affects GRZ land in Langwarrin.
Delete part of the DPO7 (The Heath Estate). This DPO affects GRZ land in Langwarrin.
