- 2011 Sustainable Cities - Young Leader - a group award presented to Frankston High School for their Regional Environment and Sustainability Conference.
- 2011 Clean Beaches Dame Phyllis Frost Award - awarded to well known local Kath Hassell, for her passionate environmental leadership and field work on Frankston City's beaches.

The Splash Card promotes City Centre businesses and local job opportunities to students. The initiative was selected as the National Winner as it represents a model other municipalities around Australia can implement to strenghten their local economy.
