Please apply online above for Interim Real Estate Open for Inspection Signage Permits.

Council requires that each real estate agent’s office must obtain an ‘Interim Real Estate Open for Inspection Signage Permit’ for the trial period up to 30 June 2019.

This permit will allow for only one ‘open for inspection’ sign to be placed on the nature strip in front of the property on the day it is open for inspection, which must be removed within 1 hour of completion of the open for inspection.

Note that this one permit applies to all ‘open-for-inspection’ events undertaken by a real estate agency for the duration of the trial period.
