Do you need some confidential business advice?

Achieve your business goals and grow with help from a local business expert. Council is offering Frankston City businesses the opportunity to take advantage of our business coaching sessions.


To be eligible your business must be located within Frankston City.


  • $20 for a 1 hour general business coaching session at Frankston City Council
  • $55 for a 2 hour specialist coaching session at your business location

Please note: Cancellations of less than three business days and no-shows will incur a $40 fee.

Business Coaching for Existing Businesses and Start-ups

Our passionate and highly skilled coaches have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of starting and running a business, proven through their own business success.

These business coaching sessions take place at Frankston City Council.

Available sessions times - 9.15am, 10.30am, 1pm and 2.15pm.

Specialist Business Coaching Sessions

Frankston Council is offering existing local businesses an introductory session with a specialist coach for just $55.  These business coaches will visit you at your registered business premises.    

Marketing Specialist - Louise Dawson

Louise Dawson

Sales and Marketing professional Louise Dawson will visit you at your business premises for this 2 hour introductory session. Louise will conduct this session at your commercial or industrial premises.

Louise Dawson has a background in consumer goods. She has worked in small, entrepreneurial companies to launch new food and beverage brands into the Australian market. 

Business Strategy Specialist – Puneet Thakur

Puneet_ThankurPuneet Thakur specialises in refining and analysing processes and strategy for existing businesses.

He currently works with small and medium businesses to increase efficiency through LEAN and Six Sigma business approach.  He believes in delivering through numbers, and delivers customised solutions backed by out-of-the-box thinking.  Puneet’s background includes two decades of corporate experience in business project management across global markets.

Hospitality and Retail Specialist - Nicholas Kalogeropoulos

Nicholas Kalogeropoulos

Nicholas Kalogeropoulos  has more than 30 years’ experience in the Hospitality, Retail and Entertainment industries.  

As a Business Performance Coach his key focus is on problem solving, change management, organisational logistics, service, finance and building sustainable businesses and practices.

As a business owner, Nicholas understands the pressures that come with running a business, and will work with clients to build a sustainable and financially viable operation. We recommend you book into three sessions on separate days to enable you to put recommendations in place.

Nicholas will conduct this session at your commercial or industrial premises.
