Digital Customer Service and Marketing Masterclass Series

As we move into COVID revival Australians are looking for domestic travel experiences and destinations nearby to enjoy for short-stays and longer breaks.

To support Frankston City businesses to cut-through the crowded market space and give them the best chance at attracting a strong market share while international travel is restricted, Council has developed a Digital Customer Service and Marketing Masterclass Series.

This training has been developed for businesses which add to the liveability of our City and includes food and beverage venues, accommodation providers, activity centres, experiences and attractions and art galleries across the municipality.  

The Series will focus on helping businesses to leverage digital platforms to engage with existing and new customer bases, improve their brand reputation and develop practical and cost effective activities to support business needs.

Participation in the Masterclasses is free for businesses. Council is asking interested business owners and managers to complete an expression of interest form for the program. 

Digital Marketing and Customer Service Masterclass Overview

So much as changed in the way that customers and businesses engage, transact, decide and communicate with each other. Don’t be left behind. Upskill on the latest digital online marketing trends and strategies including:

  • Latest Facebook trends and algorithms
  • Getting the best from Instagram,
  • Leveraging Google My Business
  • Find out if your website working for you 24/7 including digital diagnostics
  • Being findable and simple search engine optimisation strategies
  • How to put your customer at the centre of your digital experience 
  • How to delight every customer in person and online
  • Keeping your business safe online and protecting your online assets

The program will provide participants with the tools, skills and knowledge to develop practical and cost effective activities to achieve their objectives, build brand loyalty and support return visitation at each stage of the customer journey.  

There are a few places left for the second Masterclass series, taking place between 6pm-8pm on Monday 31 May, Monday 7 June and Monday 14 June.
