Study Components

This study consists of the following components:

Volume One- Heritage Program
Recommendations on Council cultural heritage conservation policies, actions and guidelines for all of the City.

Volume Two – Environmental History
History of the physical development of the City set out under historical themes and based on the history published in City of Frankston Heritage Study 1995.

Volume Three– Significant Heritage Places
Detailed heritage assessment of 20 selected heritage places from the study area (astern part of the City).
