Frankston City Heritage Study

Study Brief

The City of Frankston Heritage. Study was jointly funded by project 33, of the 1989-90 National Estate Programme and the City of Frankston. The study purpose was stated in the brief as follows:-

The purpose of the study is to identify, evaluate and document the built environment heritage of the City of Frankston and to assess the importance of the City's heritage as a State and community resource: and to develop a comprehensive programme for the conservation of the City's heritage and its integration into the general planning framework.
