EOI for Commercial Activities in Public Open Space
Frankston City Council invites applications from suitably qualified individuals or organisations who wish to conduct regular commercial activities in Frankston City Councils’ Foreshore Reserve, Olivers Hill, Ballam Park, Beauty Park and Station Street Mall for a 12 month licence in 2018-2019.
Expressions of Interest close at 5pm on Wednesday 6 June 2018.

Frankston City Council use general conditions of contract for the supply of goods and services. The RFT, EOI and RFQ will either include a copy of the terms and conditions or clearly state the Standard General Conditions of Contract.
All documents must be submitted in PDF or Microsoft Office Format (Word) only. References to a Dropbox, Cloud or any other third party links will not be accepted.
