Advice available for parents and families

Monday 15 January 2018

Frankston City Council offers a range of education programs free to all families within Frankston City, with the latest sessions for January to June 2018 now available online.

Support and guidance is available for parents and families of children aged 0 to 5 years from sleep and settling techniques and toilet training advice to support in the transition from couple to family.

“Sessions are run by experienced Parent Educators in a relaxed and informative environment with a range of dates available to suit families,” said Frankston City Mayor Colin Hampton.

“The feedback we’ve received from families attending these sessions has been overwhelmingly positive, with many common parenting questions are answered by friendly experts.”

Furthermore, with the Victorian Government ‘No Jab No Play/No Play’ laws in effect, Council’s free immunisation program is available to help safeguard local families.
