Proposed Council Plan 2017-2021

Frankston City Council has released its proposed Council Plan 2017-2021. The proposed Council Plan highlights Council’s strategic direction for the next four years and details the priorities, strategic indicators and related strategies. 

Printed copies available from Council’s Customer Service Outlets during business hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

In accordance with Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, any person may make a submission on the proposed Council Plan.

Submissions closed at 5pm Friday on 12 May 2017.

All submissions will be heard at a meeting of Council on Monday 22 May 2017 commencing at 6pm

Council Plan 2013-2017

The Council Plan 2013-2017 was adopted by Council on Monday 24 June 2013. The plan describes Council's priorities and sets the direction over four years towards achieving a planned, liveable and sustainable city.

In 2016-2017, the fourth year of the plan will be delivered. The Council Plan Year 4 update includes the Mayor’s Forward and the adopted Strategic Resource Plan for 2016-2021.  The annual Major Initiatives and Initiatives appear in the Annual Budget 2016-2017.

The Long Term Financial Plan 2016-2017 to 2020-2021

The Long Term Financial Plan 2016-2017 to 2020-2021 represents a sound and comprehensive financial framework on which Frankston City Council can base its financial decision making over the coming five year period.
