Proposed Annual Budget 2018–2019 Information and Q&A Session 

A public Information and Q&A Session will be held on Wednesday 9 May at 6.30pm in the Council Chambers. Enter via the charcoal doors on Young Street. 

The community is invited to attend and participate in the session. 

Hard copies available from Council’s Customer Service Outlets during business hours 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Submissions

In accordance with Section 129 of the Local Government Act 1989, any person may make a submission on the proposed Annual Budget.

All submissions received before 5pm on Friday 25 May 2018 will be considered by Council.  Any person lodging a submission should clearly state whether they wish to be heard in support of the submission.  Such a person will be entitled to appear in person or by a person acting on his or her behalf.

All submissions will be heard by a committee of Council on Monday 4 June 2018 commencing at 6pm
