FMAC Frankston Metropolitan Activity Centre Illustrative Guidelines Report

Council and SJB Urban Planning Consultants have prepared the Frankston Metropolitan Activity Centre (FMAC) Illustrative Guidelines Report document and is seeking your feedback.

The purpose of these guidelines is to provide graphic focused guidelines addressing the future neighbourhood character and best practice urban design outcomes in the Frankston City Centre. This document will aid in the achievement of a vibrant and sustainable future for Frankston by communicating with all stakeholders effectively through explanatory diagrams.  

Draft FMAC Illustrative Guidelines Report

Hard copies of the Draft FMAC Illustrative Guidelines Report are available at the Frankston Civic Centre, the Langwarrin Customer Service Centre and the Seaford Customer Service Centre.
