Council has launched the new MyFrankston web app, a free service which allows residents to ask questions, report issues or make payments direct from their smart phone, tablet or computer.
Users can pay their rates, pet registration renewals, infringements and permits, or report incidents like dumped rubbish, graffiti, road or footpath repairs and limited footpath access due to overhanging branches.
Requests lodged through MyFrankston are sent directly to Council where they are allocated and followed up quickly.
You can also directly upload photos through MyFrankston.
MyFrankston is available via this website so you do not need to have an iTunes or Google Play account
Select the MyFrankston App link and save MyFrankston to the home screen or desktop of your device for future use.
The MyFrankston App allows you to report issues and make payments to Frankston City Council from your smart phone or tablet. The App collects only the information you choose to provide and does not automatically collect information from your device. For example, you may choose to add a photo when reporting an issue. Reports can be made anonymously, however, they may not be able to be actioned if insufficient information is provided. The information you provide will be used to process your payment or respond to your report. It will only be used or disclosed for other purposes with your consent or as authorised by law.
When using the app, your information is protected with encryption. Financial transactions are protected using SecurePay. For further information visit
