The Frankston Arts Centre will host a fundraising concert to help victims of the Victorian and Queensland floods, after Council committed $5000 to the event at its 24 January Ordinary Meeting. Council will also donate $15,000 to help flood victims.
Frankston City Council is proud to announce the 2011 Citizen of Year Award is being shared by local couple Mark and Sue Whitby of City Life and the 2010 Young Citizen of the Year is Lucinda Liddiard  �" three people who have committed themselves to helping those less fortunate than themselves.
