Town Planning Applications and Appeals Progress Report

Please note that this progress report is updated and published approximately every three to four weeks after Council's Planning and Submissions meeting. If a Planning and Submissions meeting is not held the report goes to the next Ordinary Council Meeting.

The next Planning and Submissions Meeting is scheduled for Monday, 15 September 2008.

This  provides a comprehensive listing of planning applications, planning scheme amendments, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) hearings and subdivisions applications.

The report addresses the following:

• New town planning permit applications
• Town planning applications advertised for public comment
• Town planning permits approved, extended and amended
• Current planning appeals at VCAT
• Planning Scheme Amendments and amendment requests
• Subdivision applications

Frankston City Council's Town Planning Department also produces a Town Planning Permit Register available for public viewing at the Town Planning Counter, Civic Centre, corner Young and Davey Streets, Frankston.
