Frankston City Council has prepared Amendment C46 to the Frankston Planning Scheme.

Amendment C46 proposes to introduce new controls for land that may be prone to landslip at Olivers Hill and Sweetwater Creek, Frankston South. Other controls will enable the re-subdivision of land at Whitecliffe Avenue and Clyde Court, Frankston South. The Amendment is on exhibition until 22 June 2009."
