This amendment has been prepared by the Frankston City Council, which is the planning authority for this amendment.

The amendment proposes to include 11 sites in the Frankston Central Activities District in the Heritage Overlay on a permanent basis. It will replace similar, interim controls introduced by Amendment C52 in February 2009.
