Infringement Notices
Payment Plans
Under Section 46 of the Infringements Act 2005 people issued with infringement notices may apply to pay the penalty specified in the notice under a payment plan.
Applications must be in writing and made before the infringement is lodged with an infringements registrar (for enforcement by a Court).

Review of Decision To Issue Infringement
The person named in an infringement notice, or a person acting on his or her behalf, may apply to Frankston City Council to have the decision to issue the notice reviewed.
An application must be in writing and should include full details and particulars and should be forwarded to:
