The Safe City Centre was established in 2002 in conjunction with Victoria Police. Located in the middle of the transit interchange, directly across from Frankston train station the Safer City Centre is easily accessible to all visitors and residents of Frankston City.

Victoria Police foot patrols operate out of the Safer City Centre, which also provides customer service functions for Council and Police. Tenix Solutions are available at the Safer City Centre to provide Council services such as the payment of fines and home help accounts.
