Frankston Toy Library is a non-profit organisation, primarily operated and managed by volunteer to provide services and resources to families, community groups and organisations at a reasonable cost.   Family and organisational membership options are available as well as short term memberships for visitors and grandparents.

There is also a large range of outdoor items such as Combo Climber, Big Slide, Cubby House and Climbing Gym as well as a special range of hire toys which can also be booked for parties.

Monday:     10:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday:   10:00am - 5.00pm and 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Friday:        9:30am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 2:30pm
Saturday:    9:30am - 12:30pm
