To develop, co-ordinate and provide quality accredited home-based child care, which supports and enhances the health and wellbeing of families and children throughout greater Frankston.

A parent or guardian who has lawful authority in relation to a child using Family Day Care must complete an enrolment form. Council is collecting the personal information on this form in the exercise of its powers and functions under the Local Government Act 1989 in order to achieve its purpose as provided in the Act. The information will only be used and disclosed by Council in accordance with those powers, functions and purposes. You may access this information by contacting Council's Privacy Officer on 1300 322 322. The enrolment form needs to be completed prior to commencing with Frankston City Council's Family Day Care Scheme.
