Frankston City Council operates two aquatic centres, an indoor facility at Jubilee Park, and an outdoor facility at Pines Forest Aquatic Centre. These centres have a range of services meeting the needs of young and old.

Jubilee Park Swimming Centre is a heated indoor swimming centre. Its facilities include the following:
- 25-metre six-lane pool
- Learners' pool
- Heated spa
- Sauna
- Plunge pool
- Large change rooms
- Ample car parking
- Outdoor barbecue and grassed area
Open seven days a week, except for Good Friday and annual maintenance works 14 to 28 December 2008. The centre offers a variety of aquatic facilities and services, including lessons, various events and activities such as water aerobics classes and fun days.
Outside public hours, all facilities are available for private hire by clubs and organisations on an hourly basis.

Pines Forest Swimming Centre is an outdoor facility comprising:
- 50-metre heated outdoor six-lane swimming pool
- Toddlers' pool
- Giant waterslide
- Small toddler playground
- Half-court basketball area
- Barbecue area
- Large landscaped area for recreational purposes
- Large changerooms
- Ample car parking
Carnivals for local schools are conducted from early February to mid March each year. The pool may be closed during the day. Please phone (03) 8773 9630 before you visit.
The centre offers a variety of services including open water/triathlon squads, events, school and private bookings .
