Water Aerobic Classes

The Jubilee Park Aquatics Centre in Frankston holds one-hour water aerobics classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm.  The cost to participate in the class is $10.60, including an optional sauna and spa at the end of class from 8:30pm to 9:15pm. 

Daytime classes are conducted Fridays from 2:00pm to 2:45pm.

You can exercise at your own pace and enjoy the buoyancy of the water. Mature aged adults might like to consider the Fabulous Fifties Swimming Club. The club also offers 30-minute water aerobics exercise.
