Dogs
Dogs are only permitted to leave their registered property if they are under effective control of a chain, cord or leash. The only areas within this municipality where dogs may be exercised 'off-lead' are specially designated Free Roam Areas.
Cats
Cats are required to be secured to their own property between sunset and sunrise. Cat owners have a responsibility to ensure that their pets do not wander, or cause a nuisance to other residents. Occupiers of private land may restrict access to their land by cats at any time, day or night.
