Building and Works Code of Practice

Frankston City Council has developed a Building works code of practice to ensure safety on building sites and to protect the local amenity and environment. All building permits issued as of 1 June 2004 are required to comply with all aspects of the Building works code of practice. Upon notification to Council of the issuing of a building permit, Council officers will inspect each site to ensure compliance and offer advice.
