General Payments
All Council payments can be made at one of our Services Centres or cheques and money orders (made payable to Frankston City Council) can be posted to P O Box 490, Frankston, VIC, 3199.

Rates and Animal Payment Options Only
In addition to making payments through one of the Services Centres you can choose any of the following options:

Payment via the Internet
Payments for Rates and Animal Registrations can be made through the Postbillpay website www.postbillpay.com.au or https://epathway.frankston.vic.gov.au/ePathway/Production/Web/.

BPay
Contact your participating financial institution pay from your cheque, savings or credit card account. Please note you will need to quote the Biller Code and BPay Reference Number which will be shown on your account.

Telephone
Call 1300 721 138 to pay by MasterCard or Visacard. A push button phone is required for this service.Please have your credit card details ready, together with the reference number shown on your notice and the amount to pay.

In Person
Present your Rates or Animal Registration account at any Australia Post Office or at one of our Customer Service Centres.
