Child Support and Legal Information

  • Child Support Agency: Child Support Agreements, Child Support and the Family Courts, Paying Child Support and Support for Separated Parents, Child Support Formulas, and the are and Cost of Children and different family situations.

  • Commonwealth Ombudsman: The Commonwealth Ombudsman can investigate complaints about the administrative actions of Australian Government departments and agencies.

  • Department of Human Services - Children, Youth and Family Services: Every child has the right to live a full and productive life in an environment that builds confidence, friendship, security and happiness, irrespective of their family circumstances and background.

  • Family Court: Information about Children's Court, judgment and legislation and step by step action plans.

  • Victoria Legal Aid: Information about "who can get legal aid", do you need to pay for legal aid", "parenting orders", "Dividing Property" and deciding on the children's best interests.

  • Shared Parenting Council of Australia: Shared Parenting Council of Australia can assist with family law, family payment calculators and other support services.

  • Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS): Offering services to approximately 400 Victorian families each year whose child has died suddenly and unexpectedly
