The Miscellaneous Grants Program has grants available all year. A Committee allocates grants monthly to residents of Frankston City.
The Miscellaneous Grants Program is temporarily closed.
Funding for “Special Category Funded by Cricket Victoria” is still open.
The five categories are:
- Special Category funded by Cricket Victoria - open
This funding is provided by Cricket Victoria and is open to children and young people 6-18 years, residing in Frankston, needing assistance to join cricket clubs. Applicants must hold a health care card or pension concession card.
- Charitable Support Grants - closed
Support for not for profit community groups or individuals that are fundraising for charitable activities
- Inclusion Support Grants (Grants to Get Kids Active) - closed
Open to children and young people 6-18 years, residing in Frankston, needing assistance to join local sports clubs. Applicants must hold a health care card or pension concession card
- Quick Response Grants - closed
One off bridging financial support to groups who have missed the annual grants process
- Representative Support Grants - closed
Open to any Frankston resident who is representing the municipality in a positive way
Claiming Your Grant
If successful you (or your club) will receive a letter and forms to complete to receive your grant. Additional copies of the Miscellaneous Grants Funding Agreement are available to from the Related Documents.
The forms include a tax invoice and/or statement by a supplier, and funding agreement.
Accountability/Acquittal Forms for Grants received in 2015-2016 (Annual Grants)
If you have received a Miscellaneous Grant in 2015-2016, you will need to submit an Accountability Form (in hardcopy or word format).
Important - If you have received funds and not submitted an accountability form, it may impact on your eligibility for future funding via Council.
