Here's your guide to managing your loans online.

To check your loans and see their due dates, you need to access the catalogue and then log-in with your ID (membership number) and PIN.

Once logged in, you will see a menu that includes links to your current loans and any overdue loans. Clicking on the Current loans link will take you to a list of items on your card, displaying their titles and due dates.

From the Current loans list, you can also renew items. To do so, either click on the Renew All option or tick in the box next to the items that you want to renew and then click on the Renew Selections option.

Please note that you cannot renew items yourself if they are overdue or if they are reserved by another customer. To renew overdue items, you must bring them in to the library.

You can only renew your loans once.
