This project involves the construction of the western carpark (1211m2 of asphalt). Other works include stormwater drainage, Water Sensitive Urban Design components, crushed rock footpath construction, tree removal, concrete paving, and ancillary works for the carpark.

 Tender for Frankston Park Grandstand Reconstruction
Closing Date: 2.00pm Thursday, 17 December 2009

This project involves the total reconstruction of the Frankston Park grandstand in aesthetic resemblance to the original structure that burnt down in 2008. Contractors are requested to supply two prices to assist Council in determining the budgetary requirements for the differing construction methodologies. Those tenders received not containing two prices may be considered non-conforming. The value of the project is estimated to be in the range of $1.5-2.5 million.
