The Service Excellence Commitment is exactly what it says. It is our commitment to each other and the community in respect to the way we approach customer service. Customer Service is not a department, it is an attitude. The Service Excellence Taskforce has been formed to "further the development of a culture of service excellence across the breadth and depth of Frankston City Council". The organisation is committed to recruiting, inducting and training for service excellence amongst all employees.
