Municipal Early Years Plan

This Frankston City Municipal Early Years Plan (DRAFT 2008-2013) is a local area plan designed to provide strategic direction for the development, facilitation and co-ordination of educational, care and health programs, activities and other local developments that impact on children aged 0 - 12 years of age across the municipality over the next five years.
