Financial Counselling

Financial Counselling is a debt counselling service for people who live within the Frankston municipality. Our financial counsellor has many years of experience in supporting people to deal with their personal debt. You will be provided with options; so you can make the best decision for your personal circumstances. You will be supported, and when needed, our financial counsellor can advocate and negotiate with the relevant companies on your behalf.

The Financial Counselling service is highly confidential, and your financial and personal circumstances will be kept privatel.

• Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday by appointment only

• Advocacy (act on your behalf)
• Referral Community Education

• Budgeting / Money management
• Money or lend money
• Taxation advice
• Investment advice
• Emergency relief
• Advice or advocacy for rental property issues
• Investment advice
• Material aid
