Mornington Peninsula Orchid Society Meetings include presentation of member orchids for judging, speakers on orchid culture, discussion of growing techniques, potting demonstrations and supper

Patterson Lakes Radio Model Yacht Club Members race a variety of yacths but mainly two sizes. On occasions there are handicap events allowing for a range of sizes to compete.  Riverbank is wheelchair accesible, accessible toilets in the Watersports Centre
Location:	National Water Sports Centre, Riverend Road, Banholme (Melway Ref: 97 K2)
Day and Time:	Most Tuesdays from 1:00pm-4:00pm (Except January). Micro magic yachts also race most Sundays at Waterways 1:00pm-4:00pm depending on weather
Cost:	Yearly membership $40. Cost of yachts varies and is dependent on home built vs commercial. Radio control equipment is under $100.

Mornington Peninsula Family History Society Research family and local history. There is a library facility which includes Australian and overseas records which are accessible via microfiche, microfilm, books, family history journals, a networked computer setup for CDs and a further 3 computers.
