15/15 FILM FESTIVAL - International filming day

Can you make a 15 minute film in 15 hours? This international festival was a major success in Frankston last year, and makes a welcome return to the City again in 2008. Film crews will be running all over Frankston and beyond, striving to write, produce and edit their short films - all within 15 hours!
