Council Communications

Annually Frankston City Council undertakes research to gauge the success of their communications with residents. The survey this year was available at all major local shopping centres, online, distributed to the Community Consultation database and available upon request.

The results for this study are currently being collated and will be reported in the coming months.

As part of our continuous customer service aims on the bottom of all surveys conducted by Frankston City Council you will be offered the opportunity to receive further information regarding any of Council's services which you are interested in.
