2007 Research

In 2007 a vast number of research projects were undertaken by Frankston City Council. With the introduction of online versions of all community consultation, the creation of the Community Consultation database and making surveys available at all of Council's Customer Service Centres and local shopping centre when applicable - we have seen a marked increase in community participation.

Some of the research undertaken in 2007 includes:

Cadbury Proudly presents Frankston's Christmas Festival of Lights.
With an overall satisfaction of 80% the festival was great success and the overall satisfaction with the 'I Love Frankston' Parade reported at 81.4%.

As always results from this survey are used to address any issues with the event and also to ensure the event incorporates what the community desires.
