The Carrum Downs Library is now also a Council Customer Service Centre
An exciting new partnership between the Frankston Library Service and Council Customer Service units has seen a Council customer service facility introduced at the Carrum Downs Library. The new service provides residents with access to most of the services offered at existing customer service outlets from the comfort and convenience of their local library.
