Health and Beauty Businesses

All premises in Frankston City that are conducting activities such as hairdressing, beauty treatment, electrolysis and skin penetration (eg. body piercing, ear piercing and tattooing) are required to be registered with Council in accordance with the Health Act 1958. Unless registered with the Chinese Medical Board, acupuncturists are also required to be registered with Council.
