To be eligible your business must be located within Frankston City.
- $20 for a 1 hour general business coaching session at Frankston City Council
- $40 for a 1.5 hour specialist coaching session at your business location
Please note: Cancellations of less than three business days and no-shows will incur a $40 fee.
Business Coaching for Existing Businesses and Start-ups
Our passionate and highly skilled coaches have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of starting and running a business, proven through their own business success. These business coaching sessions take place at Frankston City Council.
Sessions times are: 9.15am, 10.30am, 11.45am,1.30pm and 2.45pm

Workplace Safety and Staffing Specialist - Rhiannon Pilton
Rhiannon Pilton has over 15 years of experience in staffing, workplace safety and compliance.
Working across the wider Frankston region, Rhiannon provides independent solutions to workplaces across all areas that require compliance documents and procedures. She advises businesses on workplace investigations, performance management, redundancies and terminations.
Rhiannon works across both low and high level safety risk industries in providing internal training, policies, site risk assessments and job safety analysis / safe work method statements.
