Business Enterprise Centre's (BECs) are independent, non-profit, community based organisations that provide free and confidential advice and to help small business owners and operators.

Chisholm Institute of TAFE is the local BEC for the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula region, and is part of a national network of more than 130 BECs which are located throughout Australia. These centres have a variety of government and private resources available to assist you in expanding your existing business or to explore new business ideas.

BECs in Victoria offer a broad range of training programs developed from years of experience. More than 75 per cent of the BECs are attached to a TAFE Institute.

The types of programs offered by the Chisholm BEC include:
