The development of a tourism system incorporating tourism infrastructure, tourism experiences and the effective management, co-ordination and marketing of Frankston are the key aims of this exciting project.
The project also has as a central value the sustainability of both the environment and the cultural heritage of the area and aims to reach a balance in its recommendations.
