Car Park closures
The boat launching ramp and car park along with the pier promenade car park will be closed to all traffic and permit holders from 12:30am, Friday, 16 January until midnight, Sunday, 18 January 2009. Alternative boat launching facilities are available at Olivers Hill.
The Frankston Waterfront, Pier Promenade and Waterfront playground car parks will be closed to all traffic from 6:00am, Saturday, 17 January until midnight Sunday, 18 January, 2009.

Suggested Parking
Recommended parking is within a 10-minute walk of the Festival - Bayside Entertainment Complex, Bayside Shopping Centre (north of Beach Street), Frankston Arts Centre, Frankston Civic Centre, High Street, Plummer Avenue, Davey Street, Wells Street, and Kananook Creek Boulevard. The Frankston Waterfront car parks are closed for safety reasons, to allow safe movement throughout the Frankston Waterfront Festival.

Pets
From December to March, animals are not permitted at Frankston Waterfront between 9:30am to 7:30pm, Monday to Sunday. Dogs must be kept on leads at all other times. However no pets will be permitted on the Festival site during the festival operating hours. Also, as fireworks will take place on the evening of Saturday, 17th, it is recommended that all pets be kept away from the site.

Alcohol
Responsible alcohol consumption is only permitted within the Food and Wine area. Alcohol is not to be consumed elsewhere. Victoria Police and security will be in attendance.
