The Frankston Integrated Urban Art Strategy has been developed to provide clear direction for the future development of public art that supports major policies and priorities of Council.  The strategy recommends processes and procedures to ensure the program's sustained development and demonstrate Council's leadership through advocacy, facilitation and implementation of public art projects and programs.
