Ballam Park Homestead is a two-storey sandstone brick house situated approximately five kilometers from the centre of Frankston.

The house, one of the oldest in the region was built for Victoria's early pioneering Liardet family around 1855. It has remained practically unchanged in appearance since it was first constructed from bricks actually made on the site. Once described by a leading architect as being "perfectly proportioned". Ballam Park is fine example of a French style farmhouse.

Ballam Park Homestead is listed on the Historic Buildings Council Register in Victoria and only one of two sites in the Municipality classified by the National; Trust and on the register of the National Estate.
